On March 9, 2022, "SPOZONE" underwent a service update and changed its service name to "SPOTV NOW". The main features of SPOTV NOW include live streaming of up to 8 matches per day, with a focus on games featuring Japanese athletes. Users can also watch replays of missed matches through VOD. Additionally, users can reserve and receive notifications for their desired matches and favorite teams. SPOTV NOW offers a paid membership option, which provides access to all services and can be purchased on a monthly or yearly basis. The service is available on both PCs and mobile devices, allowing users to watch anytime and anywhere.

It is important to note that SPOTV NOW is a service intended for domestic use and cannot be accessed from overseas. Each account can only be connected to one device at a time, and simultaneous connections will result in the automatic logout of the first connected account. SPOTV NOW can only be used on PCs and mobile devices and is not compatible with televisions. Due to broadcasting conditions, some scheduled live broadcasts may be canceled. Additionally, there may be cases where VOD (replays) are not available for certain matches.

When signing up for a paid membership, it is important to be aware of a few considerations. All fees include consumption tax. Full cancellation is only possible if there is no usage history within 7 days of the paid membership registration. For monthly members, automatic billing will occur on the day of purchase or at the end of the month for those who purchase on the last day of the month. Cancellation for monthly members can be set up until the day before the billing date. If cancellation is requested on the billing date, the next month's payment may still be charged. To avoid payment for the following month, cancellation must be processed in advance. Cancellation or withdrawal requests through the customer center will require identity verification. Discounts, coupons, and event-related usage may not be eligible for refunds.

Regarding the access permissions of the smartphone app, SPOTV NOW requests certain permissions to provide specific services. The app does not require any essential access permissions. However, it may request selective access permissions for functions such as saving photos, media, and files for downloading resources and storing app data. Users have the option to reset or revoke access permissions after they have been granted by going to the settings of their device and selecting the app to cancel the permissions.
