The latest version of the MyADSE app, released in May 2024, introduces a new visually appealing and user-friendly interface. It includes the most requested feature by users: Reimbursements. Users can now easily and intuitively submit a New Reimbursement Request with step-by-step guidance. The Digital Beneficiary Card is now available on the main screen, providing quick access to all family members' cards in one place, along with easy access to the latest reimbursement-related transactions for the entire family.
The app retains several key features such as updating the data of the policyholder and family members, searching for ADSE Healthcare Providers, accessing reimbursement and Nursing Home/Home Care simulators, usage limits in the free regime, Global Position, FAQs, and Contacts. This version incorporates various enhancements, improvements, and fixes to make it more useful, comprehensive, consistent, and user-friendly. The updates were made based on user feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall user experience.
Regarding new functionalities, the app now allows policyholders to submit New Reimbursement Requests for any family member, easily use the Digital ADSE Card available on the main screen, access the latest reimbursement-related transactions instantly, and directly access reimbursements with state-based queries. Users can also continue to update personal data, check healthcare limits, view expense summaries, find healthcare providers, simulate reimbursement amounts, access FAQs, and obtain essential ADSE contacts through the app. The MyADSE app was developed as part of the "ADSE More and Better" program, which ran from 2016 to 2021, incorporating Simplex+ 2016 measures and co-financed by SAMA2020 through programs like COMPETE 2020, PORTUGAL 2020, EU - ESF, ADSE More and Better.
