DigiHUD Speedometer is a free GPS based digital head up display (HUD) that shows useful speed and distance information for your journey. It can be used to replace a broken vehicle speedometer, verify vehicle speed, or track speed while cycling, running, flying, sailing, etc. The display can be switched between normal and HUD mode, and can open as a floating window on top of other apps. Information displayed includes current speed, average speed, maximum speed, three trip distance counters, compass, odometer, current time, and more.

Section 2:

DigiHUD can be used in Lite Mode (speed only) or HUD Mode (mirrored). Long-pressing on a speed or trip value will reset it, and all values can be reset by long-pressing "PAUSE RESET". The Main Menu allows users to switch between MPH, KMH, or KTS, set a warning speed/sound, adjust brightness, choose a display color, lock screen rotation, and more. The application requires the use of the GPS receiver, which may increase battery usage.
