Milktea is an Android app designed to allow users to access Mastodon, Misskey, and Calckey. The goal of the app is to provide a consistent user experience across different software versions and platforms. The app offers a tab display function, allowing users to view their timelines in a tabbed format and switch between them with a horizontal swipe. Users can customize which timelines are displayed in the tabs, including global timelines, local timelines, social timelines, home timelines, search results, tag searches, user post lists, favorite lists, highlights, note conversations, lists, notification lists, and mention lists. Milktea also provides options for customizing the app's appearance. Users can set a background image by adjusting the opacity of the main screen image and front elements. Additionally, the app offers four different themes to choose from: white, dark, black, and pancake.

Another notable feature of Milktea is its support for streaming APIs in Mastodon, Misskey, and Calckey. This allows users to receive real-time updates and notifications from their accounts and instances.
