A new exercise recording feature has been added to the ROUTY app, providing support for users in tracking their physical activities. In addition to the existing feature of recording dietary habits, ROUTY now allows users to record various types of exercises such as walking, running, cycling, swimming, gymnastics/yoga, strength training, fitness games, and sports. The app automatically calculates the calories burned based on the intensity and duration of each exercise, providing a comprehensive support system for users' health. ROUTY also offers personalized support for users' dietary habits. By analyzing the recorded meal logs, the app's AI system suggests optimal recipes and recommends ingredients to supplement any nutritional deficiencies. Users can easily find suitable recipes and create their own menus. Additionally, the app now allows users to register their own original menus by selecting ingredients freely. This feature is exclusively available for members who have registered with their Ion Square Member ID or Ion Mark Card. The latest update of ROUTY introduces advice courses tailored to users' specific goals. Whether users aim to build muscle while losing weight or want to try a low-carb diet, they can set their desired course from the "Goals" menu. The app also simplifies the process of recording meal logs by enabling users to take photos of their meals. The AI image analysis engine accurately analyzes the content of the meals, providing a convenient way to track dietary intake. Furthermore, users can conveniently purchase ingredients suggested in the recipes through the app's integration with Ion Net Super, making ROUTY a comprehensive tool for both meal planning and grocery shopping. Please note that the ROUTY app requires Android or above to operate smoothly. Compatibility with older versions of Android and tablet devices is not guaranteed. For inquiries, users can contact the app's support team through the in-app contact form. However, please refrain from including personal information such as card numbers, names, addresses, birth dates, phone numbers, or email addresses in the inquiry form.
