In addition to workouts, SLAM offers pregnancy-specific workouts tailored to each week of pregnancy, health tips from a variety of birth workers, including pelvic floor physical therapists, an obstetrician, doula, and more. There is also a Fourth Trimester section to help women heal. The program also includes nutrition challenges to create new habits and over 100 recipes to help women fuel their bodies with love.
SLAM also offers a searchable health tip library to help women move about their day better and live more empowered. The program is free to download, but ongoing use requires an active subscription, which is available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
