Customers can deposit checks with their phone, as late as 8 PM ET to process the deposit the same business day. Mobile Deposit with Immediate Funds can get customers access to the full amount of their check right away. The app also allows customers to transfer funds quickly, add new payees, and make payments right from the app.
The app offers Fifth Third Instant Alerts, which allows customers to track their debit, credit, and ATM transactions with a message directly to their phone or email. Customers can take quick action just by swiping or clicking on the mobile app alert when they receive it, and conveniently view and manage their alert preferences right within the app. Customers can also update their account information and preferences, activate cards, change card PINs, update their user ID, choose electronic statement delivery, and manage their alerts in the app.
