Umpqua Bank offers a Mobile Banking app that allows customers to access their personal checking, savings, and mortgage accounts. In addition to the features available in online banking, the app provides tools such as mobile check deposit and Fingerprint Login for added convenience and security. Users can securely send and receive money using Zelle® with just a mobile number or email address. Other features include checking account balances, searching transactions, paying bills, depositing checks, transferring money between accounts, setting up alerts, and finding the nearest Umpqua store or ATM. For business banking customers, there is a separate app called Umpqua Biz Mobile that is designed to work with Business Online Banking. It is important to note that email and mobile payments require enrollment and must be made from an Umpqua Bank consumer checking account to a domestic bank account. Recipients have a limited time of 14 days to enroll in order to receive the money, otherwise the payment will be cancelled. There are also dollar and frequency limits that apply to these transactions. Users should be aware that their mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply when using the Mobile Banking app.
