The OhioHealth mobile app is a convenient tool for patients to access healthcare services anytime and anywhere. With just a few taps, users can find OhioHealth doctors, schedule appointments, get directions to nearby urgent and emergency care locations, and access their MyChart health record. The app also allows patients to pay their bills, view urgent care wait times, request prescription refills, access test results, and communicate privately and securely with their doctor. Additionally, patients can have a telehealth video visit, review their care history, and view and share OhioHealth news and wellness articles. The app's "Track My Health" feature integrates with the Apple Health app.

To use the MyChart features of the OhioHealth app, patients need a MyChart account, which they can create within the app. While an activation code is not required to create an account, some OhioHealth facilities may not offer MyChart features. Currently, MyChart features are available only for OhioHealth facilities in the greater Columbus area, including Delaware and Marion.
