The app offers a range of features to help users identify behaviours, monitor progress, recognise activities, people and places that influence their mood, record how they feel, boost their mood, relax their mind, drift off to sleep, understand themselves better, record worries, emotions, and actions in the moment, and receive motivational messages and tips.
