JioCall, previously known as Jio4Gvoice, is a communication app exclusively for Jio SIM and Jio Network users. It allows users to make video and audio calls from their Fixed Line number by using their smartphone. Users can configure their 10-digit Jio Fixed Line number on the JioCall app and choose the Fixed Profile to make or receive calls conveniently on their smartphone. This service does not require a Jio SIM.

JioCall offers all the features that were available earlier, including VoLTE high-definition voice and video calling on 2G, 3G, and 4G smartphones. Users can use JioCall with a JioSIM in their phone or in a JioFi connected to their phone. Non-VoLTE 4G smartphones can now make HD voice and video calls to any landline or mobile number worldwide. Additionally, JioCall introduces Rich Communication Services (RCS) in India, which includes features such as Rich Call, Chat, Group Chat, file share, location share, doodles, stickers, and more.

With JioCall, users can stay connected with friends, family, and work globally through HD voice and video calling. The app allows users to make and receive calls from any mobile or landline number using both the FixedLine and Mobile profiles. Group conversations with multiple participants are also supported. JioCall also provides unified messaging for SMS and chat, allowing users to send and receive text messages from their Jio SIM number to any mobile number. RCS enables group chats and the sharing of images, videos, locations, and various file types with other RCS contacts. Users can set JioCall as their default messaging app to manage all their SMS and chat threads in one Inbox.

RCS brings enhanced calling features to JioCall. With Rich Call, users can customize messaging, images, and location on the receiver's screen, making calls more engaging. The 'Urgent Call' feature allows users to convey the urgency of their call on the receiver's screen. In Call Share feature enables users to share doodles, locations, images, and chat messages instantly without disconnecting the call. It is important to note that RCS features are only available to users with a Jio SIM and a configured Mobile profile. JioCall is provided by Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.
