Mi LUMA is a new customer app from LUMA that allows users to register with either a residential or commercial account. To sign up, users need to provide the last 4 digits of their social security or EIN and a valid email address. If users have already registered for Mi LUMA online, they can use the same username and password to sign in. Once signed in, users can choose to use Face Unlock, their fingerprint, PIN, or keyboard pattern for future sign-ins. Signing into Mi LUMA is quick and easy.

After signing in, users can view a Dashboard with their current balance of the electric service account they registered. They can also view the Account screen, which displays all their current account information, including the total amount due and payment due date. Users can view and download their current bill in PDF format and pay their bill using a credit card or bank account. Payments made through the Mi LUMA app are credited the same day.

The Mi LUMA app also provides users with a 12-month history of bills and payments, outage viewing and reporting capabilities, and an extensive set of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help them in the transition to LUMA. Users can download the free app and enjoy the convenience of doing all of this from anywhere 24/7.
